About Us

Haynes Consulting has been delivering practical and successful interpersonal skills training to the professions for over 25 years.

We have an impressive list of professional clients all over the country – from solicitor firms to accountants, barristers’ chambers to surveyors.

Our training ethos is to deliver highly interactive, people-oriented training which is as enjoyable as it is useful. Our expectation is that the results from this training will have substantial and immediate impact in the workplace, focusing on the key areas of Relationship Marketing, Negotiation & Persuasion, Client Relationship Management and Presentation Skills.

We have long term experience of how the professions work differently to the commercial world at large – this understanding is reflected in the structure, detail and language used in the training. We also understand that many of the professionals we work with are experts in their own particular field or practice area, but are maybe less comfortable or confident in dealing with and building relationships with people.
